When we moved in to our new home this summer, we were advised by the previous owners that the ground was extremely rocky, and any digging we wanted to do would be extremely difficult. We had multiple companies quote to fence our yards. When we conveyed our concerns about the rocky ground, the others all pointed to their “rock clause,” and left it at that. Your competitors would call every few weeks, offering to knock a percentage off their quote if we signed the contract, but they were still unwilling to try and help us estimate the true cost of the job. Meanwhile, Scott worked up multiple quotes and even arranged a test dig to help us find out what the ground was really like. The results of the test dig indicated the job would indeed be a difficult one, and it seemed the rocky ground was going to put the fence out of reach at this time. Scott worked with us to come up with a quote to fence part of the yard, with the ability to finish it later.

Your crew arrived promptly on the day of installation, and got to work. When I came home for lunch, I was amazed how much progress they had made. It was going so well, we regretted not fencing in the whole yard. I called Scott who promptly worked up another quote. Your team was able to get all the materials needed for delivery that day, and completed the entire job in three days.
I can honestly say I am more pleased with the job done by Fenceworks than I’ve been with any previous home improvement project. I’ve never seen a crew work as hard as the one who installed our fence. My only regret is that I did not get this letter to you sooner.
